We are searching for an easy going, structured, social person who will be strengthen the recruitment team within Scotch.
In this position you will manage the full recruitment cycle. This starts with writing job descriptions, talking to the business, screenings CV’s, inviting candidates for interviews, phone screenings and face to face interviews and it all ends with a successful hire. Next to managing this process you will recruit interns and trainees where you will be responsible for the full process and setting up a graduate program. You will also support our HR back office in several tasks and projects (such as onboarding, events and recruitment training) and work on hands-on recruitment projects such as assisting with the current and new ATS systems and improving our social media and online presence.
You work together with our Recruitment Manager and the HR Managers and you are part of an HR team of 7 HR superstars.
