Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated marketing & campaign Analyst to join our marketing team.  

 

At Scotch we are building out our data analysis and consumer insight team to help drive better campaigns and we want someone who is keen to grow with us and help us reach this goal. We are looking for someone who has strong business acumen and wants to put these skills to use really impacting the strategic decisions we make as a marketing department across our paid media, PR social marketing touchpoints as well as helping us improve the mechanics of our campaigns.

 

The Analyst will be responsible for reporting across the various touchpoints used to communicate our season stories to drive actionable insights that help drive the brand and commercial goals. They will be using large data sets and help the Analytics & Insights manager with the roll out of our DMP project focused on analysis of effectiveness and ROI performance.

 

You will be reporting to Analytics & Insights manager and will be required to deal with multiple stakeholders, managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a high pace, fast moving and changing environment. 


Responsibilities

  • Support the Analytics & insights Manager in drawing insights that help drive our marketing strategy from season to season;
  • Own the process of report creation of key delivery stories, capsule collection drops;
  • Create regular reports that help explain our performance across season stories;
  • Support the Season managers with insights to help focus creative and production briefs;
  • Identify trends and/or issues within data sets and make recommendations to influence business decisions;
  • Manage the marketing dashboard and develop further with critical media data;
  • Provide insights that help support Media PR and Social marketing channel content generation and audience targeting;

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, in business (statistics, data science, economics) preferred;
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, data modelling experience preferred;
  • Experience with medium to large data set collection, cleaning analysis and reporting
  • Advanced Google Analytics/WebTrends/Omniture Analytics
  • Experience with dynamic dashboards preferred; Datorama, Qlikview, Tablau
