Job description

We are looking for a Consumer Relations employee NL/ENG to join our E-Commerce Webstore Team. As a Consumer Relations employee you are responsible for daily customer contact and you are a star in turning unhappy customers into our greatest fans. You are responsible for the Dutch, English & Global market. 

 

Having knowledge of the current collection and trends, you manage to always give the best styling advice a customer can wish for. Besides being our new virtual styling talent, you inform customers on the status of their complaint and you solve issues regarding payments, deliveries and shipments. Of course working closely with your colleagues from the warehouse and third party carriers.

 

Since you are customer focused, always aware of changes, and a real improviser, you manage to come up with structural solutions for recurring problems. Thanks to your great commercial skills, you are able to convert consumers questions into a sale. It goes without saying you have a written and speaking talent of the Dutch and English language.

  

What will you be doing:

  • Offering customers a great online shopping experience
  • Managing online orders and processing returns
  • Answering questions from our customers by e-mail and phone
  • Assisting in financial admin tasks
  • Reception tasks

Requirements

What do we expect from you:

  • An excellent knowledge of (language)
  • A completed college degree or MBO/HBO degree
  • Relevant work experience

  • Accurate with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Able to handle stressful situations
